We will make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on the Website, occasionally we come across unexpected supply problems or sell out of certain products and sizes due to unexpected demand.

If you purchase on the website and receive and order confirmation, then our computer system is confident we have that item in stock. In reality if we cannot supply that item you will be notified by email and given a full refund. Refunds for out of stock items will be processed as soon as possible, this may take up to three to five business days.

Sale items are only available at the sale price during the applicable sale period.

Return items must be returned within 10 days and have all original tags attached including The Hive Fashions Tag and Price Tag.

There are no refunds on Sale/Discounted items.

Returns will not be accepted on Sale Footwear unless faulty.
